A super soft cookie, loaded with buttery toffee pieces, and just the right amount of honey and warm nutmeg without either flavor being too much.
Before baking, the dough gets rolled in even MORE toffee, then they’re finished with a little salt and a honey vanilla glaze once cooled. The salty + sweet combo with those crunchy caramelized toffee edges is SO good.
