GINGERBREAD EGGNOG PIE is a gingerbread cookie dough, stuffed with a homemade eggnog truffle, then topped with an eggnog glaze and homemade gingerbread pie crust crumble.

GINGERBREAD EGGNOG SUNDAE is the same gingerbread cookie dough (flattened after baking), topped with a “scoop” of eggnog buttercream and eggnog glaze (sprinkles optional but always recommended 😉)

*If you’re not fond of eggnog flavor, the truffles, buttercream and glaze can all easily be changed to a simple spiced vanilla bean flavor!
